We're old. Why on earth would we write a future biography?
Because it would be good for you and the people you love.
Write about what you want for the future. Write about the things you regard as important. What are your dreams for the future? What do you want for your family? Help them figure out what is truly important and what they should make a priority in their choices by writing down what your hard earned years of experience have taught you should be a priority.
Set some goals. Make them S.M.A.R.T goals.
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Relevant
Time Bound
You can't hit anything you don't aim at. Have specific goals and targets.
What gets measured - gets done.
Aim high, but not too high. Make it something you can achieve. Once you reach your goal, you can set a new and higher goal.
Make it a goal that rings a bell. A goal that does some real good. Make it about something you really care about.
Time is our most precious resource. We only have so much of it, so put a completion date on your goal. It will provide the energy and impetus to help you achieve your goal.
Write down your plans. Write about your progress. Write about how you overcame problems and challenges. Write about how you found more happiness in pursuing your goal than in achieving your goal.
You're not done with life yet!
Prove it.
Write about it.
