Passing Down Knowledge

With sufficient knowledge, a person can make good things happen.
First, they can make a choice of what is a good thing. They can select specific goals. Second, they use that knowledge of how those goals have been achieved in the past so they can try them on their own. They can decide which method of achieving those goals is best for them. Which would be quickest, easiest and most effective. They can apply those methods and see if they work. Perhaps the first three methods they try don't work for them. But they also have the knowledge that you don't give up when the first attempts fail - you learn from them, iterate and try again until you find something that does work.
How important is the knowledge that they start with?
The goals that are most important.
The methods that have worked in the past to achieve those goals.
The knowledge and wisdom that failures are part of the process.
Pass down that wisdom.
Write a letter to your grandchildren so they can make good things happen.
